sent money but not received

HI 

I have sent money to a friend in the US (from the UK)

The transaction detail is saying complete at my end (over 10 days ago) but my friend has still not received the money? She has checked her accoutn several times.

 

Help appreciated !

did you send dollars or sterling?

have you double checked the email address you sent the payment to and made sure it was correct and no typos.

Hi, thanks for your reply - I sent sterling that was converted into to dollars - rechecked the email address and its all ok, its my friend's business account. I went into the Resolution Centre and I cant raise a dispute, she has to but Im feeling responsible for her not having the money. But the Resolution Centre showed me all the details and it says 'Completed' but she doesnt have the funds in her account
