hi recently giffgaff have just gave me a refund of £5 its on my paypal account but its pending and not showing on my paypal balance and i cant trasfer it to my bank please fix this problem asap

Just wait till its finished pending then it will fix itself.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
