paypal not taking money from my balance

ive noticed recently that when i use paypal to purchase items,it wont take money from my paypal balance.

only by bank account

if i use playstation network then it will take money from balance but nothing else that i buy.......im baffled.

ive never seen this before.

anyone else notice this ?

Do you use pay after delivery at all?

If not then check here  >>

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
