I have just bought an item on eBay in the US. The ad. said that the seller would ship to the UK, but didn't give a cost. All I get when I try to pay is a screen saying to ask the seller for a total including postage. The seller says that I should be able to pay him $20.00 + $7.20 postage, and the extra for international shipping will be invoiced by eBay.
Does this sound right? If so, how do I make it happen?
