items still pending

my pending money was to be released today and still have all my items pending. I was given the date 28th November but still not released. Am angry as I need the money and obviously their  word means nothing. Cannot even get in touch. In advanced activity it says today but no such luck. Seems they can hold as long as they want. Angry.!

Its teh 28th up until mid-night and funds can be released at anytime up to then.

If they are not released by then, phone customer services and they can release it manually for you.

I accept that but one item should have been already paid and second one today. cusomer service had no details at all and told me to contact paypal co.uk which I did only to go  round in circles again. Lost  trust in them today.
