Hi luckyme1,
Welcome to our Community!
All they will need is your email address that is registered to PayPal. This is all they will see. You can send them a request from your PayPal account, this is when you click on the "Send & Request" tab on your account. Please make sure your email address has been confirmed, you can check this in your profile section. Only accounts with confirmed email address can receive payments.
Thanks
Martin
