What if I have no mobile number? Do I have to choose a different bank?

I have no mibile phone. How do I open a personal account? It seems to be impossible. Thanks.

Thanks for posting.

It is possible to open a personal account without a mobile number but you do need to add a phone number. When going through the account opening process you can use the drop down list to choose to enter either a landline number or a mobile number.

Thanks Rachel. The system does not allow me use a landline but insists on a mobile number. I gave up and opened a business account.
