Visible Details

I'm looking into using paypay to take payments on eBay and am wondering what details are visible to buyer.

I have high value items which for obvious reasons I don't want my home address advertised so would rather my business address was and my business name not my personal one. 

What I want to know is whether my personal details are available to the buyer when they check out via eBay? 

I'd really prefer, if possible, paypal didn't share my business details but rather leave that to eBay - is this possible?

Does Paypal support actually exist or is the company an illusion?

No response from company representative here and tried sending message via facebook but no one responded there either.

Hi @noseyoutside,

Apologies for the delay. Through PayPal, when a buyer makes a payment they will just see the primary email address you have used for your account and the business name you have created your PayPal account with. You can choose what your buyers see however you would need to have a business PayPal account in order to edit these preferences. If you have a personal or premier PayPal account the sender will see your name and email address which you have registered the account with.
