I'm waiting for an item to arrive on a return (eBay) so there's a hold on the funds. But every time I try to buy or pay somebody the refund is being added, but I'm still waiting for the item to come back.. is there anything I can do? xx

Not really, just hope the return arrives quickly  

Or you can pay off any negative balance / refund and then be credited back when your funds clear.
