Told I have a open dispute case when I don't

Its not letting me contact the supplier for missings goods thorugh paypal becuase its saying ive already contacting them, when I havent. saying I need to look at open case for it when their isnt any open case. Any help?

Hi maxdavies and welcome to the PayPal community forum,
That doesn't right. Have you checked on your Resolution Centre to see if there are any open cases showing there as this is where all open cases would shows. If there are no cases showing there then I would recommend to give us a call. This way we can review your account for you and open a case manually for you if needed. You can call us by clicking on the contact/help at the bottom of any PayPal page.
