Technical difficulties when attempting to lift limits

Hi everyone, I have comfirmed my debit card however, when i try and submit my personal details it fails too and shows the message of they are experiencing technical difficulties. Wondering if anyone has managed to get past this?

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have been experiencing when trying to lift the limits on your account recently.

Would it be possible for you to try deleting your temporary internet files and then try this again using a different browser to see if that helps?
