Someone Using My Email Address

Same old problem as discussed in a now closed thread  (>12000 views though?)

Paypal said they cannot close the person using one of my email addresses as it is a legitamate account.

I just get to see things like his home address, PayPal transactions, shop confirmations and all the associated spam from the stores he purchases from.

If I change the password I see his mobile come up for the two step verification. I also got an email confirmation (which I obviously didn't confirm as this would mean he will not be able to receive funds until I do so - a trivial reason for email confirmation which should be done to confirm things when a Paypal account is setup in the first place). I am not worried he is using my CC or any other fraudalent activity and he probably just typed the email incorrectly (he has the same name as me). I am in th UK and he is in the US and buys a lot of trainers (sneekers). Paypal have stopped the transaction emails but I still get Paypal emails saying he is $98 in debit etc. I also get the shop confirmation emails telling me he shoes are ready to be dispached! I feel so much better knowing his shoes are ready! 

Now as Paypal are not doing anything and neither is he by the look of it I will now have to take things in to my own hands (in a legal way of course).

I am going to have so much fun emailing the shops back to say please cancel the order as it is fraudelant purchase unless the shoes are my size in which case I will get them re-delivered to me! (not really your Honour). I think he and Paypal will start to get the message when he is not getting his goods and is in the dark as to why as all the shop correspondance goes to me.

Keep getting these emails over and over again, tried contacting support, fraud team and no one helps.   Please post a way of contacting your FRAUD team to resolve this issue.
