Hi, I tried to pay using my paypal account to order items from a website. But, it stated that selected payment type is not allowed for billing country. FYI, my paypal address is in Malaysia but I want to delivery the items to address in United States. Kindly help and appreciate it a lot. Thanks.
Some merchants have it in place that they can only receive payments from certain countries.
If you are trying to purchase from this merchant and you are receiving this error message, I would advise you to reach out to the merchant directly to see if they would be willing to let you purchase an item from them.
