I have paypal credit that is due a payment, everytime i try to add direct debit details i get the error message shown below. This has been going on for a few weeks, i can't see any other way of making a payment as it always tells me i have no bank account set up? now the payment is a day overdue. i've tried both on my phone and on a laptop and still get the same message, how am i supposed to pay the balance! i really dont want to spend ages on the phone to paypal support.
