Hi
So I was issued a refund from a company which I used PayPal to pay for however although I checked out via Paypal, my form of payment was an AMEX. I had not too long ago cancelled my AMEX card/account without realizing that the refund was yet to reach my account. So now I'm slightly confused as to where the money has gone? Its not in my Paypal wallet and it cannot have gone to my AMEX account because I cancelled that account before the refund was processed
Confused and slightly frustrated that I can't seem to find an email to directly speak to Paypal.

5. You can use the message centre in your paypal account.
6. You can ask a question on here (answers from community members normally).
