I have a refund showing on paypal but it hasn't gone into my bank nor is it available in paypal funds can I have help please.

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

I got refunded today for a $300 payment. It shows up in my activity as refunded but it doesn’t show up on my card. Anyone know what the issue is or how to speed up the money showing up on my card?

 Hey so I issued a refund from the Steam refund help form and it was accepted and 16.99 CAD was sent back to my prepaid card and is listed as a completed refund. The problem I have is that the prepaid card is not reloadable and the funds were sent to it but are not actually on the card. What can I do about this and will it go to my paypal credit or what will happen

Received email from PayPal alerting me to refund or payment made. Yet, this is not visible in my account, it is nearly a week now. What is the reason? False alert or PayPal delays?
