Refund charges

I have to refund £1600.  How much will I be charged and how much will the recipient receive?

When a buyer pays you are charged a fee of 3.4% + 20p.

If you use the refund option and issue a full refund then paypal refund that % fee but keep the 20p fee.

Your buyer should be sent and receive the full amount.
