I can't find options

I've got an email fromPayPal. Here it is:

It's ok, but

- there is no Profile option

- there is no My money option

- there is no payment method option

- there is no Billing Agreement

- there is no My pre-approved payments section

So, first I want to congratulations to retard idiot who wrote this letter.

Second I want to know what is the problem?

Third I want to know what need I do?

Profile is the cog icon next to log out.

Pre-approved is here  >>

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
