Placed order with Superdrug

Order didnt go through but payment did. Superdrug advise me to claim money back from Paypal as they are holding my money. How do I do this as I have no order to dispute

Click on ''resolve a problem in the resolution centre'' lower left of your paypal summary page and open a dispute for non receipt of item.

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?

 

Completed /  or pending?
