You What a joke refunded 2 transaction paid to me by mistake and paypal still stole 40p from me 20p on each does the taking ever stop I sell enough with having to pay on refunds too
When a buyer pays you then you are charged a % and a fixed fee, when you refund the % fee is refunded to you but paypal charge you 20p to process your original payment and the refund.
