I registered to paypal with my barclays debit card but I could not see my paypal code for months. I need your help about this problem. I could not withdraw the money which was sent to me.Thank you

You can't withdraw funds to a card in the UK.

You can only withdraw to a bank account linked to your paypal account setting up the direct debit mandate.
