How do I make a formal complaint for the terrible card reader V1 - I have had 3, all haven't worked and Paypal will not take responsibility for the fact they do not pair with Iphone 5.
Call Customer services and reach Producst Site Support department
I would prefer not to - I have called them to many times, a link would be useful.
