Hello am having issue linking my ATM master card to my PayPal Account but the system said Card not Accepted please use a different card. So then i have used several different ATM card but it was the same. please what is the problem and what is the solution. thanks
Contact your bank to see if they have any limits restrictions on using your card with PayPal. Also check that your using the correct details and address info when you enter card details. If the address don't link to the card it's self it won't go through for security reasons. Had same experience!
