Hi, I have a website www.b73tees.co.uk Which works perfectly and I have no issues with any of my PayPal buttons or the way the cart works. The problem appears when people visit my site via links shared on Facebook and Instagram Mobile Apps... instead of adding items to a cart people are directed to the PayPal login screen... I am losing sale after sale because of this... please help.

If the issues that you are facing are linked to your ads shared on Facebook and Instagram, it might be that they can be the ones solving your problem. I would suggest that you try to contact their Customer Service to see if the issue is related to what links your website to their ads.
