I have been a Pay Pal customer for many years. I have a good credit rating. But when I bought a Pay Pal Here reader I was aksed to apply once again for a credit rating, which Pay Pal has turned me down. Thanks. Now I own a Pay Pal reader and can't reinquire until 30 days time. I have contacted Pay Pal but so far I have NOT had any body explain why this has happened. maybe this post will reach someone who just may be interested in my case enough to actually explain why I have been turned down.
