I just received a text message from PayPal asking me to 'Enter you code on the website: CODE.......' then Msg & data rates apply'. I have not been on PayPay recently so why did I get this text?
It sounds to me that you are going through the mobile security key steps. This is a security code that is sent to your mobile phone when you are trying to access your PayPal account. Did you ever set this up on your account? Have you tried logging in since you received the text message?
