Can you have a paypal account without linking in a debit card.? My payments are still pending as I'm a new seller.

Thanks for replying..I'm in the UK.I only have a cash account so therefore that's why I can't link a card.still waiting on paypal emailing back with a reply.

Hey Rainy69,

Even if you don't have a card linked to a bank account, once you have a bank account you can add and confirm the account to PayPal and that will help to get your account verified.

If you have payment holds as you are a new seller on PayPal, there are specific requirements that need to be met before the holds will be removed from your account. By reviewing the information on the link Marcel provided to you previously, it will give you more information on the different requirements in order for the holds to be removed from your account.
