Monarch Airlines Refunds

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone has yet received any refunds on tickets purchased before the collapse of Monarch, I have been in touch with Paypal by email over the past month,and all i get advised is that is will take first 10 days,then maybe 30 days but still no refund,after all the problems of actually logging my claim,it now seems paypal are trying to renege on their repayment promises.

Read the other 'zillion threads', lots of people having refunds coming through.

I doubt they are reneging on anything, it was probably heck of a lot of claims to be sorted and they can't do it all instantly.

Have read the zillions of messages on here regarding the numerous claims but havent been able to find anyone who says they have been refunded as of yet,perhaps you could direct me to some of the zillions where it says they have got their money back please?

  but dont make statements if you cant back them up with the facts, You may be busy but so are most of us, all i asked was if anyone had been refunded yet, cos i've trawled the monarch section and still havent come across a refund yet!!!

Can't back up  took me 10 seconds to find the first.

Heres a couple to keep you going but I don't need to 'back up' that folks are getting refunds, I know they are.

Would find more but my film starts in a mo.

Suggest you wait your turn and then thank paypal when you get your refund.

Made a claim by telephone Tuesday, refund approved today and credited to my account....well done Paypal very efficient

I too had booked flights with monarch,I phoned them up and they said they would review my claim.It was outside the 180 days deadline,but have had an e-mail today,and due to the exceptional collapse of monarch I have been refunded in full.So dont give up!!
