Re Monarch refund after administration

I've got a problem and it takes round and round.

 

I created a claim for £372.40 for flights with Monarch before they went bust. I was unable to fly as all flights were cancelled by the administrator.

I got a reference to the resolution centre but my claim was not there!

So I tried to create a new claim, and it said it was in the resolution centre - WELL it wasn't and still isn't there.

No one at Paypal reads the e-mails, they just point you back to the website. 18000 employees and not one of them is able to help me.

Any ideas please.
