MOBILE APP TRANSACTION AMOUNT

Don't know if any of you can help, or if you have experienced the same problem -

 

My latest transaction amount for a sale shows the correct amount going into my PayPal account when I view it on my laptop, but on my mobile app the exact same transaction shows a different amount - Perplexing, to say the least! On my laptop the total corresponds exactly with the amount that I sold the item for and is the same as the invoice amount that I sent but I cannot fathom out why it should be different on my mobile app.

 

I'm hoping one of you might be able to shed some light on this hiccup - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's not something that I need to worry about and that it might resolve itself...

To be honest, I haven't heard of this issue before. The amount should show the same on your mobile app as and it does on the main site. I would recommend contacting us directly so we can take a closer look at it.
