Letter of Authorisation

Hi everybody,

I am new in here and I am trying to lift the limits on my business account but I am reciving an email from Paypal regarding the LoA.

Dear Traian Dumitrescu ,
Thank you for responding to our requests to further verify your information. As we cannot lift the receiving limit on your PayPal account until all requirements have been met, we would appreciate your help with completing the steps below, so that we can review your account further.

The document we received from you could not be accepted as a Letter of Authorisation because:

 Account holder is not listed

Who is the account holder? Me or the business?

Where should be listed the acccount holder?

Sorry if this are silly questions.

Account holder is not listed = The Primary Authorized User is designated as the primary contact person and has the authority to discuss and handle all matters related to the above mentioned PayPal account including the appointment of additional users.

Basically main user name registered in this business PayPal account.
