In error I contacted a Ebay member regards a bidding on an Item £20, I bidded up to £25 before offeringthe membrer a lower price which she excepted, I ten paid for the item direct from my Paypal account in "Send Money" I had a warning mail from Ebay, this was not ment to defraud Ebay as I explained to the member, on payment it say's Try Again!! has the payment gone through?
