Hello everyone,

Paypal warned me that I'd have to provide more information about my account after years of using it. I then did what it asked for and uploaded my ID card. Front and back.

I received the warning on November 23. I uploaded the ID card scans on November 23.

It's the 12th Decembe row and the case is still open. I'll soon (in just 10 days!) be unable to send and receive money, which means that my "services" will come to a halt leaving me into a horrible financial situation. (It really are low irregular earnings but all I have avaible to finance my student life)

Is there ANYTHING I can do?

Give them a call for an update?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
