I accidentally upgraded my account to business.

How do I revert this. I saw I gotta send off emails but they send me there ******* automated emails. I WONT CALL YOU. I WONT SEND ID

Either revert it to paypal personal or close it. Don't give me your dumb "send ID" because I won't. Im right about to abandon this entire thing.

To downgrade your account please send us an email through the Message Centre of your PayPal Account. Once the downgrade request is received in writing this can be done for you manually.
