How to retrieve money

I recently sold something on Shpock and the money was paid into my PayPal account. I can see the money has been paid in however it does not show in my wallet. I have looked in all my bank accounts that are associated with my PP but money hasnt come in. How do I move this money into my wallet?

Click on ''withdraw funds'' and send it to any bank account you have linked and confirmed to your paypal account.

there are no funds to withdraw that's the thing but there should be because money was paid in

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the payments should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your normal funding source.
