I have received a payment through PayPal however it's not for the full amount of the sale and postage on ebay. The buyer has said he sent full payment so not sure why it's nearly £10 less. Can anyone help Thanks

Are you talking about your paypal fee being deducted before the buyers payment is credited to your paypal balance???

Don't know that's why I'm asking. So PayPal take money off what you have sold as well as EBay? How does £30 out of £200 seem fair in fees? I don't use often but if that's the case in not going to bother in future that extautionate.

Try reading FEES bottom of paypal pages.
They are 2 separate companies, you pay Ebay to advertise and sell your item, you pay paypal to be able to receive instant payments including from credit cards.
Did you think paypal was a charity? How do you think they make the money to pay their staff?
Whether you continue to use those companies or not really matters not a bit to me. I just took the time to answer your question.
Oh and your welcome.
