CHANGE COUNTRY ADDRESS

HI PAYPAL, i recently moved to France and would like to know how to change my address, as the only option is to change it in England. is this possible or would i have to open a new one in France???? thanks

This is not paypal, its a community user to user help forum and I am a volunteer.

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
