HTC one S pairing problem

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping you can help me.  I have just got my paypal here chip reader, yet I am unable to get my HTC One S phone to even see it, let alone connect to it.    (OS is Jellybean)

Has anyone had this problem, or does anyone know of compatibility issues with this phone.

Don't worry about it guys.  It's a problem with my phone.  My partner's old I-phone had no problem with it.
