Hi,
I escalated a dispute as I bought a jewellery item and subsequently found that it was a scam. They found in my favour as there was no response from the seller to Paypals emails and I had not received the goods and subsequently closed the dispute. The goods have now been received and are nothing like the description, totally cheap and shoddy. Do I need to let paypal know that I have received the goods and that I am returning it as it is not as described, or, as the case is closed, I don't need to?

Hi @Dezza3987,
Apologies for the delay. As the case is closed, you can return the goods to the seller. The shipping cost for return would be at your own expense however if you wish to discuss this with our claims team and see if there is anything we can do, here is the best number to phone 0800 358 7911.
