Hi im new here. I have a question why is this happenning? I just received my first payment via Paypal and then this:

 I dont know why my money is on hold. It just says that I have to meet this qualifications to be an established seller. I am totally confused, because my friend also have a paypal and she request payments from her clients through paypal but she didnt had a problem like this. What can I do? I cant withdraw or send or buy.

Just wait for it. It will usually becomes available within 12 to 21 days since you received the payment.
