Can't Join Paypal Giving Fund

Hello,

I'm trying to register on Paypal giving fund. My work's PP account is already registered as non-profit. So I click on Enroll and sign in to PP, and am told I need to confirm my account. I click confirm and apparently need to accept the terms and conditons...

I accept, and get this, even though my email address is already confirmed.

I click confirm email address and and just taken to my PP account dashboard. No sign of anything happening, no confirmation email sent, nothing. I tried again from the start and the exact process just repeated itself. Where am I going wrong? Thank you

This certainly is a strange one and at this point, I think it might be best if you reach out to us by phone or on one of our other social media channels to get this resolved.
