Hi,
My bank statement indicates a Direct Debit payment of £41.05 to a bank via PayPal, but in my PayPal regular payments no such Direct Debit shows, consequently I am unable to use the resolution center to reclaim. What would be my preferred way forward? Any advise would be welcome.
Thank you.

Hello johnmembrane,
Thank you for your post!
In general, if you add your bank account and you accept the Direct Debit, it means that you can pay using the bank account as a funding source. When you complete a payment and you do not have a balance or a credit card, then, the charge may appear as a direct debit to your bank account.
Hope this helps!

Hello Martina,
It would appear that I was confused over the payment. I made a payment of £50 odd pounds, but at the time I had credit, which I had forgotten about on my account. Take the credit from my payment and it came to the £41.05.
Thank you for your reply, appreciated.
