Appeal refund of dispute

Sold ipad on Ebay  stated broken screen.  Buyer bought it, then said he didnt want it as broken.   I sold with no refund policy.  He then kept messaging saying not arrived even though PO had tried to deliver twice He raised dispute with Ebay, they closed case in my favour saying he should collect item. ,  he then raised dispute with Paypal .  Finally took delivery of the item, he then claimed it didnt charge up after only 2 hours!! After many frustrating messages and telling him there were no refunds, he beat me down and agreed to refund if item returned.  Paypal closed case and refunded him even though I didnt click 'refund' button!

I have  since received item and it is in terrible condition , much worse than when it left me and by coincidence it charged up in couple of hours!

What should I do?

You can contact paypal and try and appeal but to be honest i don't think much of your chance of success if the buyer is already refunded.

Think you may have to put it down to one of the risks of selling.

If you still want to use the phone option then >>

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

OR

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
