Money sent to BC not yet arrived after 5 days

Hello,
on 14 October 2017 I sent money from my PP account to my bank account but until nowno money arrived on my bank account. PP marked the payment status as completed. I visit my ban and they told my they can't see any income bookings from PP to my account. Normally it takes 2 days but right I don't know what I can do PP says they sent the money and my bank says they don't see any money comming from PP. PP also says it takes up to 2-4 days but now I'm waiting the whole week already.

I just came from BDO Cebu and there is no money again and this after 7 days. Has somebody a email of PayPal so I can let trace the transaction? Thank you

According to the representative that I spoke to, the money should be posted on Oct 24th, which is today. And the last day to expect the money will be tomorrow-October 25. If until tomorrow, we don't have the money yet, they will do the trace request on Thursday.
Here's the latest message from them from my Message Center:

I assure you that your withdrawal on Oct 14, 2017 in the amount of P7,588.03 PHP is already completed in our system. A completed status means that we have successfully batched out the funds from your PayPal account together with other transactions within our system. At the same time, we are currently updating the timeframe for our email notifications for bank and card transfers.
There are cases that transferring money reach your bank within 24 hours but it is not always a guarantee. The standard time frame in withdrawing money from your Philippines PayPal account to your local bank is 5-7 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). The time frame that we are providing you came from your country's ACH (Automated Clearing Houses) which is the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas and from your bank.
To set your expectation, you can expect your money to be posted today Oct, 24, 2017. If in any case that you have not received your funds today, I strongly suggest to email us bank to notify us and we'll help you file a trace on your bank withdrawal. At the same time, our account specialist will get in touch with your bank to help us locate your funds.
Please be guided that dates are dependent upon factors that cannot be controlled, such as delays in the banking system or processing errors at individual banks.
I can assure you that your money is already on its way to your bank account and you have done the correct steps to transfer your money.

UnionBank called me earlier. They said that they are aware of the issue and they are communicating with Central Bank of the Philippines and PayPal and they said that once there is an update, they'll let me know. They ask me to wait until tomorrow.
Ugh! I'll just wait within the day until tomorrow. I'm tired and stress of this!

BDO in Cebu told my I'm not the only one with this issue. There are other clients too.

Same goes with UnionBank. They told me that there are many of us affected by the same issue. But only for those who made withdrawals on October 13-14.
