Today I was calling my BDO bank again but there is no money from PayPal. My friend transfered his money on 15th and got it on 17th. He is using BDO too. I'm  not quiete sure who's fault it is because PP marked the transer as completed but BDO says there is no money comming but on the other Hand my friend received his money so BDO is working well. Right now I believe this meight be an issue on PP side. PP says it could be up to 7 working days but I'm using PP since years and all the time it took 1-2 days. What I learned is not to use PP for bigger amounts anymore because I can't risk such issues agan. I got a lot of trouble about this issue and nobody really helps you. Either BDO nor PayPal. After calling every day with BDO I believe them more then PayPal in the future. Why they mark a transaction as completed when it is not completed? Completed it would be when the amount leave PayPal and in all the same cases I think PayPal didn't send any peso right now but marked the transfer as completed. Thats what I think. ... View more
