@Crstna and @Berlynn The best way is to call PayPal directly. It's for free using Skype. And ask a Supervisor or a Manager. That's what I'm doing sometimes when I'm so angry with them. Lol. I'm calling them on Skype for free using this number: (area code plus one, eight—eight—eight, two—two—one, one—one—six—one). Select the United States under country selection. Free of charge. (I have to type it like that because when I type it as numbers, it's not showing. @vanesa4 Ay, wag "Create Invoice", malaki machacharge na fee sa'yo dun. Makiusap ka sa client mo na isend na lang nya as "Send Money to Friends or Family" pag babayaran ka nya. Walang fee yun at di pa mahohold.

Hello @roblenin When did you register with PayPal? If you're just newly registered, the account is really limited whether it's a personal or a business account. Once your account is a "PayPal Verified Account" already, the limit will be removed.

It also has a fee, right? 😞 Your friend sent the money incorrectly. This should be the option that your friend selected when he/she sent you the money: SEND MONEY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY Your friend should select the "SEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY" option so that you will receive the money real-time with no fee at all. I think your friend sent the money by selecting "Pay for goods or services". If this is the case, then PayPal will recognize this as a "PAYMENT FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU SELL or a SERVICE" since your friend selected the "Pay for goods or services." The funds will really be on hold for 21days especially if you're just new with PayPal and you have been a PayPal member for less than 6 months. I also experienced that hold before and it's really frustrating!!! You can try these: Ask your friend to mark the item as received in the Transaction Details page, and it will release the money 3 days afterwards. Hello @dexeen We had that same issue before. All of us who withdraw money last October 13-14 was affected by that issue. We found out that the issue is not PayPal or with your local bank in your country. The problem is with the main processing banks: "BANK OF AMERICA" and your "Processing Bank" in your Country who will transfer the money to your local bank. There may be a delay with their transfer. That's what happened with our fund transfer before. Because of the Nationwide Transport Strike here in the Philippines, the releasing of funds got delayed. But good thing all of us received our funds last October 24th. I'm not 100% sure, but most likely, that's also what happened with yours. Kind Regards, Karen

Hello @Berlynn What I did before when I asked them to changed my last name is that I send them all my ID's with my new Marriage Surname and also a marriage contract. I just took pictures of all those ids and marriage contract. I don't remember sending any utility bills. I'm not sure if their process change already. If they insist, you can enroll with an online statement from your Telco so that you could receive your statement bills online and just screenshot it. Kind Regards, Karen
