i first create paypal account back when i wasn`t 18 years old & due to Indian regulation even when i confirm my Email and Phone number i will still not receive any payments so because of that i delete my account without changing my pirmary Email. So since i am 18 now & i received a 5$ USD gift card in my Email i create a new account with same email address (because in that account i received my gift card) completed all the task link my PAN card , Bank account , Credit account & comfirm my phone number but when i try to comfirm my Email i get comfirmation mail and code in my gmail so i click on "Click to activate your account" and login in paypal account but then it still showing that i need to comfirm my email i even repeated Four time but its still showing the same so what to do now ? Help me please
