I tried purchasing a Facebook page and paid $750 through paypal to this ID classicalartmemes at diplomats.Com
The seller was a fraud and didn't reply after getting the money. I opened a dispute. The seller esclated the claim to paypal team and I don't know what proof he show to paypal for shipment and paypal closed the case in his favor. I reopen the case, (I had to choose the item not as described as there was no other option to reopen the case). I provided them the skype chat I had with the seller, my FB screenshot, my skype screenshot and emails between us.
Now, they again closed the case in the seller's favor without asking anything from me. I am not sure if they have cheat person sitting in their dispute resolution team or they take bribe from the seller to close the case in his favor ?? Or they have morons sitting over there who can't go through the documents ??
How the hell, they proved that the FB page was transferred to me ? Dispute resolution team here are cheat, please help if somebody can 😞
