Hello I am Allieza [Removed], a concerned citizen of the Philippines. Many speculations has been circulating online that PayPal will be pulling out because of BongBong Marcos' leading vote as president in today's Philippine Elections. I don't want to believe immediately in those posts especially that fake news are everywhere. I'd like to be clarified with this matter and I only wanted the truth. I hope you can answer me. Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
