Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum and I hope all is well.
All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. If you used your PayPal balance for the payment the money is gonna be posted back on the same day the refund was processed. If you used you bank/ card it may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your statement. Though it still depend on your card issuer how fast they are going to process it for you.
